Pool is 22x 30Ft with water features and changing light features. 1.Master with en-suite walk in shower, separate tub ,double vanity with granite and access to pool lanai of over 2400 additional sqft. With fenced in backyard and King Custom Designed Bed. 2.2nd Bedroom with (2) Custom Headboard Full Bed (upstairs) 3. 3rd Bedroom with (2) Custom Headboard Full Bed (upstairs) 4. 4th Bedroom with (6) twin Bunk beds custom upholstered. 5 Converted Garage game room with Air Hockey Table (Adult Size) , castle style with upholstered bunk beds sleeping (4) under AIR CONDITIONING - Heat . Theater Roku 120" Full Size Pool Table inside Laundry inside home with steam dry. Private south facing screened pool (non heated) ***24 hours advance notice of paid pool heating to meet satisfactory heating preferences spa part of pool as well. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500.00 USD. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. An accidental damage waiver of liability is provided by the owner for a one time fee (paid directly to the owner) of 129.00. It waives a claim against the guest for the cost to repair or replace accidental damage up to a limit. This fee is not included in the quote provided. Discuss with owner at booking time.
