Owner Direct does not cover owner damages or loss caused by renters. Therefore, for security / possible damage or loss caused by renter, the owner will ask you for a copy of a valid credit card and driver's license to hold on file and will issue a basic rental agreement to you for review and signature. Nothing is applied to the card before or during your stay. After departure the home will be immediately inspected and if no loss or significant damages are found, the information will be shredded. Otherwise, the Owner will contact you to discuss. Thank you so much.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 100 percent will apply.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 3 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Discover Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 160.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Internet is included in the rent
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 25.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.
