This beautiful residence is located ON the prestigious Naples Island in the trendy Belmont Shore Area of Long Beach famous for its walk-around canals, gondola rides, top-notch restaurants, hip bars and an easy stroll to some of the area’s most protected family beaches.

3 bedroom + family room + 2 bath house features a living room with fireplace, an updated kitchen, outdoor deck, seating area with fire pit and grill. Gourmet grocery stores & romantic cafes are within a short walk or drive.

The Master bedroom features a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom can be used as a study, and has two sleek sofas which become sofa beds. The family room has a roomy leather sofa. Sleeps 6 guests.

Each bedroom and family room has a television with wireless internet is throughout the house.

Bedrooms feature delicious pillows and duvets for your comfort, wood floors for happy feet, and lots of great light and cross ventilation to enjoy California’s perfect weather and fresh air.

The house is beautifully appointed by an interior designer, known to change the furnishings from time to time - always with the finest of taste. Photos for the beautiful new interior design will be online by mid to late February.

Directly across the street is a fenced elementary school playground, well protected for the kids, which features basketball, tennis, jungle-gyms, and the ever-popular tetherball.

A typical day might include a sunrise run around the canals, strolling to a cafe for breakfast, stocking up at one of the local farmer’s markets, swimming at the beach, lunch, a nap on the deck, a bike ride along the beach path, shopping along second street, Happy Hour, and a 5 star dinner – all without getting in your car.

For the adventurous, there is world-class kiteboarding, surfing, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, and road biking all within an easy bike ride.

Downtown Long Beach, the Queen Mary, the Pike, the 4th Street Arts District, and Aquarium of the Pacific are an easy water-taxi or bus ride away as well. The traditional beach bonfire – still allowed here.

Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente, Del Mar, Palos Verdes, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Malibu and Hollywood are within short drives and each feature a unique take on the Southern California lifestyle.
Arts, culture, events, and nightlife are all available while staying at the actual beach. Day trips are fun and San Diego, Mexico, Bear Mountain, Wine Country, Ojai, Palm Springs, and Joshua Tree National Park are all within a scenic drive.

Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo & Animal Park, and Waterparks are close-by. During the right season, there are plenty of sport events, activities, concerts, and outdoor movies on the beach – many are free.

We want your stay to be the best so we have supplied some things you might enjoy such as bicycles, lawn chairs, coolers and beach towels.

If for some reason the weather is not perfect (approximately 6 days a year) we have full Air Conditioning and heating.
