Overall a great experience. Excellent host. Condo is a bit small, but location makes up for it. Experience with Owner Direct was professional and a cut above VRBO and the others. We will return! Five stars for value/location mix.

This unit is located a block from Stanley Park, and a couple blocks from Robson, great location! It is small, has a deck off the bedroom and another deck of the main room. While luxurious is an exaggeration, it was clean and furnished with everything you need. Owner was friendly. I was nervous about the required damage deposit, but I didn't damage anything and there was no hassle getting it back. I would stay here again.

Really awesome place to stay when you are in Vancouver. The location is just perfect located: 2 min walk to Stanley Park, 7 min to the beach and 10 min walk downtown. Within 5 min you find everything you need (grocery, coffee, restaurant,...)
The place is secure, clean and the view is really cool!
Would definitely come back.
The owner is a very nice guy and the communication went really well!

I wouldn't call this luxurious but it is very nice. The location is EXCELLENT. It is perfect for 2 people I think 3 adults would be a little crammed. The only bad thing I can say about this is that there is no WIFI and our 3rd person charge. I notified the owner approximately a month before the arrival that the third person was not coming and we were still charged the extra $100. We brought our bikes with us and there was a storage room that we could lock up our bikes so that was helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if it had WIFI. It was a bit annoying having to go to Starbucks or Safeway so I could use the internet. I would go back though, you can't beat the location.

This place is fantastic!
The location is ideal, the views are amazing, the apartment is just lovely and the owners are wonderful to deal with.
Couldn't recommend it highly enough!
Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Canada/Vancouver in the future.

We stayed in this property for the first time, because of the very convenient distance of the nursing home where our aunt is living. Nice apartment, just the space you need for a week's stay. What we needed was there, except WiFi. Maybe next time? We were very happy with this place and will certainly return.
