This Villa is the ultimate Puerto Vallarta Beach Villa. A rare find on the powdery sands of Puerto Vallarta. The home is RIGHT on the beach. Please read the entire description, but first some ideas to save money and select the proper home. When shopping for a home for your hard earned vacation in PV, make sure the ask the following: 1. Is the home right on the beach, or do you have to walk to the beach. 2. Is there SAND on the beach. Except for downtown and north of town, sandy beaches are rare. We have sand on our beach. 3. Are there any additional charges. Villa rates are all inclusive, you just pay for the food and drinks that our chief prepares, along with tips. 4. Exactly where are you located in PV. No hype from us. You are 6 KM south of town (about 12 minutes away), so you have the town amenities, without the hustle an bustle. We are right on the bus route (50 cents to town), or cabs are usually parked by the complex ($6 into town). With over 4000 square feet of pure luxury, this four bedroom, five bath vacation rental is ideal for corporate meetings, family reunions, or just an intimate get-away. Many rooms have 12-foot high ceilings - just right for bringing in the incredible views of the Bay and Mountain Ranges around Puerto Vallarta. The kids enjoyed the private pool as well as the shared pool , and everyone loved the delicious home-cooked meals by Elba. The only sounds we heard were the ocean waves, which were so soothing. The property itself is clean and spacious, and there was plenty of room for all eleven of us. We’d love to visit again. Reva January 2023 The villa s everything we hoped for and more. I’d give 6 stars if I could. We were a family group of 7, teens, parents, and grandparents. Everyone loved it. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. We all adored the view, outdoor spaces, and private pool. The location is perfect - the beach is right there, soft sand, big waves, and lifeguard. The staff made everything perfect. We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. Every meal exceeded our expectation. The location is on a beautiful and quiet beach that was great for swimming and building sandcastles. The Villa has everything you could need for a beach day including chairs, umbrella, paddle board, life jackets for kids and adults, sand toys etc. The accommodation is clean and spacious and we easily fit 11 people. Ana made sure there was always fresh - dry beach towels waiting for us. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores - restaurants. Enrique and Elba ensured we had all the groceries we needed every day so we didn’t have many reasons to leave. Kelly April 2022 We booked this Villa for our kids' spring break. It did not disappoint. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. There is the best restaurant walking distance for amazing fish tacos and adult beverages. We had jet ski's come right up to the villa. The staff is THE BEST. Can't wait to go back next year.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 5 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. Villa Karaway includes an open pool without a child guard fence. It is guests' responsibility to properly supervise children around the pools and ocean.
