This private, gated and walled beachfront Mediterranean Villa, is located in a high-end residential neighborhood, about a 3 - 4-mile walk along the beach, or 5 minute drive to the South Side of Puerto Vallarta. Architecturally crafted to evoke the look and feel of the 18th Century with 21st Century finishes. The Villa enters through massive double-doors from the private parking court, to an intimate, interior entry courtyard, featuring a soothing tropically landscaped fountain. As you walk into the Villa you can see through the floor to ceiling glass windows that the infinity pool at the edge of the terrace seems to actually flow right into the Bay of Banderas itself. Recently completed in 2010, attention to detail is the hallmark of this Villa, featuring ‘All Viking’ gourmet chef’s kitchens (in-door and out-door), 1 meter by 1 meter, solid-slab marble flooring through-out, individually controlled central AIR CONDITIONING, high-speed wireless internet, purified water system, plush pillow-top mattresses in every bedroom, top-of-the-line linens and L'Occitane de Provence bath accessories, flat screen TV’s and zone-controlled sound system indoors and out and leisurely fire-side al fresco dining. Twelve-person heated, jetted and bubbled spa overflows into heated 35" swimming pool - both Pool and Spa are Salt-Water Filtered (no chlorine). Beach access is 12 steps down stone steps, at the side of the Spa and through a heavy wrought iron door onto the clean sandy swimming beach. Half-bath with out-door shower at beach level inside the gate where we also have 2 single-person Sea Kayaks for the private use of our guests.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Children Policies
No children allowed under 5 years old. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
