Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Confirmed reservations canceled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to Booking Deposit loss. Any additional funds will be returned. Confirmed reservations canceled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge unless the unit can be re-rented. Confirmed reservations over 27 nights are subject to 100% forfeiture of the Booking Deposit, when canceled at any time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due immediately.
Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

I stayed with my husband and two boys - 5 and 7. The apartment was great and suit our needs well. The kitchen was ok and there was plenty of space in the lounge. The large TV and Wi Fi added to the modern comforts we are now used to! The main bedroom was roomy with beautiful views, however the bed was very soft and the pillows were also quite lumpy. The second bedroom was quite small, but suited children OK. Older kids might find the beds a little small. As mentioned in the other review, the skylight in this room did light up the room very early in the morning, so if you can't sleep with the light this might be a problem. It would be great if this could be covered at night. The kitchen was a little lacking in pots, glassware, etc. and the apartment was a little dirty. The traffic noise was loud from the street (heard especially from the main bedroom) This being said overall, the apartment was good, close to transport, a supermarket and had lovely neighbours! The garage entrance is tight, but we just fit in our Nissan Ultima. To have the garage was a real plus, and the little stair case at the back up to the back entrance was fun!
