Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD
