Great Perfect location for beach lovers however if your condo is on street side the music from bar at John's Pass gets old after awhile. Our condo was **** and Span, nicely Decorated, equipped with everything you need and cozy beds. We were in 505

Definitely be back! Everything was amazing. It is a pain to have to use the key to get out of the pool area and to beach but we managed. Room had everything you need. Beds were decent and whole thing was very clean. Great view. Will be back and check them out first. A little dated but great shape. Just looked like grandma's beach place but that didn't matter we were there for the beach! Walk across the street to alot if places was great. Only downside was the elevators are very small and if you have a luggage cart only one person getting on.

Book it for next year That was my wife's comment about 3 days into our 7 days stay. "Just book it for next year". The condo was well decorated and in great repair. You can't beat the location. Walk across the street for shopping, dining, and ice cream. Beach and pool out your back door. We will stay here again.

Wonderful stay at 505 Madeira Norte! Our stay at Madeira Norte was great! The unit, 505 was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our 6 week stay! We are avid fishermen with Hubbard's Marina, and were able to walk to the dock from our unit! The pool was heated and very comfortable!

Wonderful Christmas Vacation Madeira Norte is a perfect location. You are just across from John's Pass where all the action is. This beach location is not so crowded and the heated pool is a plus.

Incredible Beach Views from Top Floor Updated 2b 1.5 ba Madeira Norte, Heated Pool, Free WiFi, In unit laundry. **** SunHost Resorts cleaning staff and our cleaning partners are following CDC & WHO guidelines and recommendations for cleaning. All staff are practicing social distancing and following CDC guidelines.

Enjoy the peace & quiet of being located on the top floor with incredible views of the beach and gulf. The side beach location also provides the benefit of night-time views spanning John’s Pass Fishing Village, or view boats travelling up the intracoastal waterway. With 940 square feet of living space, Beachy colors and an open airy layout there is plenty of space for everyone. Two bedrooms with spacious closets and on and ½ baths; there is ample seating in the dining and living areas. The private balcony may be accessed from the living room as well as master bedroom, offering welcome shade until late afternoon.

The unit sleeps four comfortably with 1 king and 2 twins (no sleeper sofa). Completely renovated and upgraded unit with new flooring throughout, premium granite countertops, custom cabinetry. Free WIFI, with unlimited long distance throughout the U.S. and CANADA. TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The non-smoking unit has its own washer and dryer, with a designated parking space, visitor parking and there are ample BBQ facilities provided. The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents. Our private heated pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear gulf waters, with ample poolside seating and umbrellas.

For some shopping and entertainment, you are just a 2-minute walk from John's Pass Village, a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village voted Pinellas County’s leading tourist attraction. For good reason, The Village offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoy some music at The ‘Bamboo Beach Beer Garden’ and ‘The Hut,’ or eat fresh fish caught daily at ‘Waltz Fish Shak.’ Several popular anchor tenants have also made the Village their home including Bubba Gump’s, Hooters and Hubbard’s Marina. Numerous novelty stores offer opportunities to pick up a souvenir and there is a Pirate-themed boardwalk popular with children of all ages. The Village also offers a variety of watersports on your doorstep, such as parasailing, jet-skis, boat rentals, dolphin watching and shelling, chartered fishing, even a Pirate Ship cruise aboard the Royal Conquest!

The Sunhost onsite management office is located next door, providing 7 day a week maintenance with after hours emergency on-call personnel. You will find the unit to be meticulously clean, furnished with all kitchen utensils, bed-linens, towels, even extra pillows. Our friendly staff will provide local information and guidance, as well as general office services including fax, copier, and print boarding passes.
Tampa International Airport is just 25 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International is 15 miles away.
