Great family vacation spot Our condo was perfect sized for our week long trip to John’s Pass, it fit our little family of 5 well and was a close distance to the boardwalk & beach for all the fun we had.

Great Vacation! We stayed for 2 weeks in Beach Place 210. It is a very nice condo and we really enjoyed it.

Rohlfs We stay a month every year! We love it.When we got there it took 3 days for us to get patio door open. Washing machine didn’t work needed to replace. Otherwise everything went great. Disappointed that price going up almost 3K for same condo. Office people nice. One pool guy name George is best u have. Does great job!

POORLY KEPT CONDO Location was wonderful, but sadly the condo was in need of paint, carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, a shower door that closed, a bedroom TV that worked, a dryer that was efficient, and a owner who actually listened years ago when negative comments were made in their guest book.

Fun at the Beach I was very pleased with the Beach Place rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooms, we rented two (2) rooms, due to our large family and were very happy with those rooms, location and had no complaints.

Love the Maderia Beach area We have been coming to the area for 12 yrs and have always stayed at Beach Place. It is a perfect location. Everything is walkable: food, shopping, beach, bars, jet skiing, fishing, etc. Couldn't be a better place. We have considered other places but never have or will move.

Loved it! We've stayed at this place before, so we are very pleased with the check in procedure and staff. We LOVE it here. <br/>We did have a little issue with the fridge. Maintenance had it fixed and everything was great!! I definitely recommend this place!

Great vacation location It was right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The condo was as described. A little bit older than the pictures but everything worked and was clean. John&#x2019;s Pass has more of a Spring break atmosphere but I didn&#x2019;t want to drive and being so close to everything worked out great. I was in walking distance to restaurants, music, shops, water sport rentals etc. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. For the most part the guest did respect the quiet hours. I would recommend this rental if you want to be busy and walking distance to lots of activities.

Needs repairs, great location! I just want to say that the condo itself has the most fantastic location walking to distance to restaurants shopping on the beach fantastic views. That being said I do want to mention a few items that are in desperate need of repair one the sliding door onto the balcony is so difficult to open it&#x2019;s almost impossible, too the washing machine will not work we spent half of our time just trying to get it to spin out some towels. Very few towels were located in the condo itself. We went and bought some additional towels.

Great Vacation This condo was everything we could have asked for. Across the street from John's Pass where we rented jet skis, went deep see fishing, had great dining experiences and more. 210 overlooks the beach for beautiful views - we saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony. At night, we saw crabs and stingrays in the shallow waters on the beach. It was fun to watch the draw bridge go up, and fishing on the channel was great. Other renters were happy, considerate and friendly. The condo was clean and very roomy. We had 7 adults, and there was plenty of space! We would definitely rent this unit again!

Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the beach at John's Pass Village. This roomy vacation rental offers everything you need for a memorable vacation, including updated kitchen with granite countertops and newer appliances. A dining table adjoining the kitchen comfortably fits six people and the living space provides plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony offers uncompromising views of Madeira Beach, one of the best beaches in all of Florida, and serves as a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets after a fun filled day. Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking available on Beach Place property.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Both are spacious with adjoining bathrooms, offering plenty of closet dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families.
