Not a repeat This condo had view if public access parking. In 2 weeks there wasn’t a day without drama in parking lot. From young men challenging the folks below us to fight, fast trucks, loud music and tons of teens hanging in the dark yelling at each other. Definitely no updates in this unit

Great stay at Beach pass Our stay was wonderful. Check in was literally 5 minutes long. The condo was clean and loved having the washer / dryer for the wet pool towels . The entire staff were great. Will definitely book again . Loved having the pass view .

the best very nice condo- clean and well kept. spent a little time every morning on the balcony,which had the best view. Waffle house was my favorite breakfast spot and Johns pass was right across the street. We've stayed here before and will be back.

Our Favorite Place to stay locally. We love Beach Place Condos! This makes I believe our 11th or 12th time staying here over the years. Always look forward to coming back to our favorite local location JOHN'S PASS! Thank you again for making this another beautiful vacation!!

This unit has a large, spacious kitchen, complete with granite countertops, and newer appliances. A breakfast bar seats three with a kitchen table that can comfortably seat up to four, making this perfect property for family and friend gatherings. The living room, with popular Florida decor, has a television with DVD and leads to the outdoor balcony. The spacious master suite contains a king sized bed, television and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. The second guestroom has two queen sized beds, and the third bedroom has one queen sized bed. This unit is perfect for larger families as it sleeps up to 8! The bathrooms, are meticulously clean and like all SunHost properties, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
