Our Beach Place vacation! We spent 5 nights at Beach Place. Our experience was wonderful! From our initial contact online about reserving a rental, to checkout was easy and the staff very helpful and professional! Great customer service! Our unit was perfect for us. It was very clean, and spacious. We are a family of 7, 2 grandparents, and our daughter, her husband and their 3 children. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins swim past. The kiddos loved, loved, loved the pool! We also enjoyed some beach time every day. Both areas were kept very clean. We all had a great time, and enjoyed our time together. The only complaint was the slow elevators. This was a very minor issue and did not affect our satisfaction with Beach Place. We will not hesitate to reserve a condo at Beach Place again!

Best Beach Condo Wonderful ocean view. Closeness of John's pass is a plus. Caddy's close by, one of the best restaurants. We loved the balcony. Closeness of the pool and pool was cleaned everyday. We had our own personal washer and dryer though the dryer needs to be replaced. Sometimes it worked. The filter was full of lint. However we would definitely stay here again

Beach place # 310 This was the worst condo I have ever rented. The AC would not cool the condo down, the temp in the master bedroom below 75 .

My stay at Brach Place 12/09/2021-12/13/2021 The condo we rented was smelly and dirty. The bathtub had dirt and hair in it. There were ants everywhere. <br/>No salt/pepper/ paper napkins/ paper towels/ dish soap etc like the other times I have rented there. <br/>The view was great. Beds were comfortable. <br/>Probably will not rent there again.

Very outdated The room was VERY outdated with brown carpet. Beds were very uncomfortable. Kitchen completely outdated and appliances worked so/so. Couldn't turn AC on under 72 - room was very hot. Broken tiles in the laundry room. Bathrooms very outdated. Had tiny ants in every room. TVs in bedroom were horrible with the color - one had a DVD player attached to it and the screen was green. Would not recommend, and will not be staying in this unit again.

A Dump The owners should be ashamed to let anyone pay money to stay in this unit. The carpet is disgusting, stained, loose, and beyond dirty. All furnishings including beds, linens and couch&#x2019;s are old, dirty, uncomfortable and a joke. One of the lamp shades is held together by scotch tape. Many maintenance issues, the washer and dryer are both not operational. Needs multiple items repaired and disgusting furnishings thrown out. Property is old and not well maintained.

Nice view, but..... While the view was great...this condo has not been updated in 20 years. Upon arrival the refrigerator didn&#x2019;t work, and there is no after hours maintenance, we arrived at 5:00 pm. Finally, after listening to an irritating noise for a couple of hours, we unplugged it and let it defrost hoping that would help. Great location and view but for the price I have stayed in much nicer properties.

Great location, condo unit #310 needs updating Perfect location to go to the beach and John&#x2019;s pass restaurants. However, condo requires updating; Brown carpet in the great room area has a musky smell, TVs are 30 years old, kitchen is old as well. Maintenance and office staff provided excellent service!

310Beachplace Condos We enjoyed our stay very much, but 310 Beachplace is a condo which could certainly use some updates insofar as furniture and decor are concerned, particularly in the living-room area.

This unit contains a comfortable living area including a 42 inch flat screened television and access to the outdoor balcony, which offers amazing views of the beach and pool. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, and take in the amazing sunsets. The full kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking during your stay, as it is fully stocked with utensils and nice appliances. Dining table that seats up to six is just on the other side of the open kitchen, making everything convenient, relaxed and easy!

The master bedroom has two double beds as does the second guestroom. The third bedroom has one double bed, and all provide lots of room, including dresser drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are meticulous and stocked with linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI, washer and dryer, and one parking spot is also included.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.
