Great Stay! We have had unfortunate stays at Beach Place and decided to try this new condo because it was newer and renovated. Just a few small issues, we got tons of little bites while sleeping, not sure what those were from. The floors and toilets could have been cleaner, the bottoms of our feet were dirty from day 1 and the toilet had black underneath the rim. Other than that the stay was great! We booked this condo for next year. Hope this review helps to help with the cleanliness and bugs.

Absolutely Love This Place. This is a well-maintained condo where you can feel at home. The furnishings and contents are updated plenty, i.e. there are more than enough pots, pans, dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. The overall facilities are very nice, clean and well maintained. The only complaint I can come up with is the elevator is slow. The close proximity to the many shops, restaurants and entertainment affords you the ability to walk most places, no rental car required. <br/><br/>#306 is well worth the price and is our favorite condo in the building.

Beautiful Vacation The unit has excellent items. Nicely appointed. Good furniture and appliances. Huge towels. Close to the beach and John's Pass. Sitting on the deck you can watch people, the bridge, boats in the pass. jet skis going fast or acting stunting, sunsets. 4 TV's, daiquiri maker. You will ha ve a great time if the weather cooperates as it did for us.

Little Slice of Heaven I'm not sure how many times we've stayed in this unit. It's definitely our favorite and we book early to make certain we can stay there. Clean, comfortable, views are amazing, and we don't have to pack a lot of clothes because of the w/d in the unit. It can get noisy with the bridge and the parking lot, but we actually enjoy watching the activity, especially my 87-y-o mother. We travel frequently during the year, but this is by far our favorite spot!

The best! Can&#x2019;t wait to return! After many years at Beach Place, this is by far the best unit we&#x2019;ve stayed in. We wanted for nothing! Great beds, beautifully decorated, washer/dryer, even chairs and umbrellas. Can&#x2019;t wait to come back soon! This unit will be our first choice.

Perfect Location. Easy access to everything. This was our first time staying at the Beach Place Condos. This unit is very nicely decorated and has everything you would need on your stay. The appliances are all brand new and the kitchen is very well appointed. We had no issues cooking nice meals every day. There is even a Margarita machine! There are plenty of beach towels and chairs also so you really shouldn't have to pack much aside from sunscreen! <br/><br/>The location is excellent as you are right across the street from all of the shops and restaurants of Johns Pass. We also loved watching the bridge go up and down for all of the sailboats and charters. There were dolphins out swimming everyday which was fun to watch. You can also fish in the inlet which is basically right outside your door. There's a Marina right at the bridge also. <br/><br/>Location wise you are within a few miles of several grocery stores and any kind of shop or restaurant you can imagine. We also visited family in Tampa several times since it's only about a 30 min ride. You are also only about 9 miles from Downtown St. Pete which has the pier and the Dali museum (highly recommended).<br/><br/>The only downside to the unit is that it is right next to a public access for the beach. The crowds for the beach are not bad at all, it's just that the local kids seem to hang out there on weekend nights. They would hang out and rev the engines on their jacked up trucks and play loud music until the Sherrif showed up. Then they would eventually migrate back. We ended up just shutting the windows and doors to block the noise. If you want to observe Florida Man in his natural habitat then this is a good vantage point to do so.<br/><br/>All in all, this is an excellent location to stay at the beach. They just need to hire security to keep the riff raff out of the parking lot next door.

Ants on the Run There were tiny tiny ants all over the kitchen counters so you could not leave anything sitting on the kitchen counters. The bullet chopper was broke.<br/>There were lots of beach and pool stuff in the closet. Big washer and dryer, beach towels, step stool, playpen, beach chairs, board games, lots of <br/>blankets, pillows, we really did not need to take anything but clothes.<br/>Would love to stay here again but hope the ants are gone.

Great time at Mediera Beach We had a great time. Rental apartment was beautiful and the view of the ocean and John's Pass was fantastic. Balcony furniture was perfect and comfortable. A little noisy from the kids in the pool and the public parking lot at times. On F<br/>riday and Saturday nights their were teenagers congregating in the public parking lot revving their truck engines and playing loud music. We heard that someone called the police and eventually the police came and cleared them out but that was almost 11:00 at night. very disturbing when sitting out on balcony in the evening. The elevator is very slow also. Outside of that, it was very peaceful.

Comfortable Condo This condo was very well equipped and nicely decorated. The views were gorgeous. I appreciated the extra items like fans in every room, extra blankets, beach towels and chairs.

Beautiful condo, dolphins sand and sunsets! Beach place #306 was perfect! The end unit is amazing. In front of you the gulf, to the left St Johns pass. We enjoyed the draw bridge every time. Dolphins most of the time in the pass. So convenient to walk across street for anything you want.
