Booking Deposit

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250. CAD is due immediately.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Chateau is a 5 minute drive to Madeira Park Shopping center which has a grocery/liquor store, restaurants and shops. It is also a short walk to Headwater Marina and the Grasshopper Pub (which has excellent food and weekend entertainment). Ruby lake is within a 15 minute drive, where you can launch your boat, relax at the beach or enjoy fine dining at restaurant. There are many more beautiful swimming lakes in area such as Garden Bay that are within 10-15 minute drive.

Located on the Sunshine Coast, this home features large decks, 4 private rooms, an open loft area and 4 bathrooms. Chateau is architecturally designed, one of a kind, recently built retreat with extensive use of cedar, floor to ceiling. It is nestled on a pretty street within walking distance to Headwater Marina in beautiful Madeira Park, British Columbia. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The living room has a 35' ceiling and a 2 story high fireplace. French doors lead onto spacious decks. The kitchen, dining and living room are open concept with Rustic Chilean cherry flooring coupled with slate. It has a custom slate double opening two story wood burning, fireplace and 35 ft vaulted ceilings. The ceilings and walls feature beautiful T&G cedar giving the home an upscale West Coast feel. The dining room seats 8-10 comfortably. The front and back of the house are a floor bright floor plan opening onto a deck which where you can entertain or relax in comfort. The main floor has one private bedroom with a queen bed and the second floor has the master bedroom with vaulted cedar ceilings, wood burning fireplace, a small deck and an en suite with a soaker tub. There are is one more private bedroom with a queen bed. There is a private guest suite which contains two double beds and a bathroom. The suite is separated from the second floor area by French doors leading onto a deck with peek-a-boo view of the ocean. There is also an open loft area which can accommodate additional guests. The entire house is floored in hardwood. A nice fully equipped kitchen with wine fridge for ultimate Sunshine Coast chalet entertaining. Granite counters and extensive cabinetry. Barbecue conveniently located on deck outside the kitchen French doors. Dining table seats 8-10. Towels and linens are supplied. There is also a wood burning outdoor fireplace (local regulations permitting)
