A large closet for your clothes, even for a long stay can accommodate a large wardrobe with this closet. A bathroom with shower/tub. A fully equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, cappuccino coffee machine and washer. A large living room with a sofa bed that easily opens to accommodate 2 more persons.

The is also a large private patio for your enjoyment and relaxation. Towels and linens are provided free of charges. Soaps and some breakfast items are available as well.

As for surrounding areas, the flat is in an iconic building typical of the city. A neighborhood is vibrant with family-owned shops, bars and restaurants. It is 200 meters away from the Picasso museum and childhood house, the Roman Theater ruins, the Moorish fortress, the Cathedral. The pier and beach is a 10-minute walk. In front is a supermarket, the street on which the flat is located is a busy street with shops and ethnic restaurants as well as Spanish ones. Live Flamenco theater is about 50 meters away, live shows on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
