Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 20 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 500.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Three Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 EUR is due on arrival. The refundable damage deposit is due in cash on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
