Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 29 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.25 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Venmo, Stripe, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
