This unique accommodation features a green belt behind our yard where you can go for a walk. Within 4 kilometers you will find lakes, rivers and trails within Golden Ears Park (one of the largest in BC). We are 2 blocks from Starbucks, Tim Horton’s, McDonalds and China Kitchen Buffet. Pet Friendly. Our suite with private entrance is located in an owner occupied house and it consists of 1 bedroom with full kitchen and a bathroom. In the kitchen you will find fridge stocked with fruits and pop, stove, microwave and a coffee maker. 10 minutes east of downtown Maple Ridge. We are a short drive to Golden Ears Provincial Park, Alouette, Hayward, Rolley & Whonnock Lakes for boating, hiking, day trips & swimming. Alouette, Stave & Fraser Rivers nearby for fishing. 45 KM to downtown Vancouver. 1 hour to ferry terminals for exploring Vancouver and the Gulf Islands. 1 hour to 4 local ski areas Grouse, Hemlock, Seymour & Cypress Mountains. 30 minutes to U.S.A. Border.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 6.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due immediately. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Key is provided at check in. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 20 years or older.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 45.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
