The popular Accra Beach is within walking distance as are some well-known restaurants such as Tapas, (directly across the street) Blakey's, Naru, Art Splash and Blue Pineapple. All popular and recommended. Next Door to the complex is Lanterns Mall offering a variety of shops, a food court and convenience stores. Golfing and other recreational facilities are also nearby. Margate Gardens is ideally located on the public transport route and for those hiring a car, secure parking is allocated. Taxi service is within close proximity and available at all times.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation within 7 days, there is no refund.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
