Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. Please note: Electricity usage is capped at $50 USD per week. If electricity usage goes over this amount, the balance will be deducted from the damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 200.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
