From the house it is a 1 minute walk across the street to the 5 km long sandy beach, Meia Praia, with several nice restaurants and bars. From the garden and the terrace you have a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. The house is fully furnished and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 terraces with a nice garden.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2000 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 08:00 AM
