This lovely open plan, three bedroom, two bathroom, corner penthouse suite features vaulted ceilings and views of the marina, Isla Mazatlan, and beyond to the Pacific Ocean. The wrap around balcony allows you a choice of sunshine or shade for your reading or sunbathing leisure, and the double glass doors on two sides of the living area give plenty of natural light, lending an air of extra spaciousness to the suite. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with both a range top and oven. The unit has in-suite laundry, spacious bedrooms, simple furnishings, and is decorated with works of art by local artisans. Coffee shops, bistros, and restaurants are located within a five minute walk from the front door. There's easy access to transit which will take you to the heart of the Golden Zone in just 10 minutes.

Recreational activities such as strolling the beach, deep sea fishing, whale watching, golf, horseback riding, ATVing, parasailing, etc. Are readily available and only minutes away, as are fine restaurants, shopping, and night life. We have a local property manager available to help you with any questions or issues that may arise. Minimum one month rental. Come enjoy your long term stay!
