Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
All of our condominiums are non smoking, any guest who smoke inside the Condominiums will be charged with an additional cleaning fee.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
Proof of age may be required for all guests.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Departure Cleaning Fee is included on rate, unusual dirtiness such as cigarette smell, vomit stains or any other similar will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service.
One-time fee of 40.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. (Charged per cleaning.)
A guest must request this optional service.
Parking
Parking is free.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
A guest must request this optional service.
Fees are based on a return (two way) transfer. US$160 (1-6 passengers) and US$210 (7-9 passengers). Professional experienced drivers. Prompt pick up and departures. 100% bilingual staff. Cold water & fresh towels. 2009 & 2010 Suburban & Vans

A fee is charged for this service.
Income calls are free but they have to be on office hours for us to be able to transfer the call to your condo. 20 cents per minute on Local Calls 1 dollar per minute on Long Distance Calls
Pool Heat Policy & Fees
Pool heat is included in the rent.
Property Heat/Elec/Energy Fee
Fee of 300.00 USD for stays of 30 or more nights.
A guest must request this optional service.
For Long Term Stays rate, rent does not include electricity and a deposit in the amount of $500.00 USD per month will be required at check in with cash or travellers check. Bill for 1 month could be between $50 and $300 USD and difference will be reimbursed at the time of check out.

Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted.
Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500.00 USD

This unit has a complete kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare all type of meals. The huge master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (that we may accommodate as a king size bed with a special mattress if you need us to) with an adjoining bath and a third bedroom that features two queen beds. The large living room has a futon as well.

Reservations of 4 nights or more include, per guest, one complimentary House Margarita, one complimentary Oasis breakfast special plus VIP Card with 20% Off on the Food and Beverages Menu at the Oasis Bar & Grill. The reservation also includes one complimentary mid-stay full condo cleaning.
