Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Cancellations and room downgrades and made LESS than 90 days prior to arrival date, deposits are non refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

This 3 bedroom is good size, nice patio but the negatives were old furniture not very comfortable.
If your into wicker from the 80s you will love it here.. The master bedroom was very odd.. They call
it a full bath, but it was an oversized jacuzzi tub with a shower and hand wand that you had to sit
down in so you would not get water all over the floor or on the bed>>>? no shower curtain
looked like a DIY project .. The master bed was an oversized twin or JR Queen.. not very comfortable
I was not there to sleep all day, so i got over it.. but by day5 my wife and i were looking forward to
getting back to our king bed.. The cooking utensils were all old.. You could see that this was a true
rental machine.. We have stayed in nicer Marina sol units and you can't beat this location to the marina or
beach, but this unit need's to be updated badly!!
