Quiet Time Policy:
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM.
Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies al the complex.
Payment:
Full payment is due at booking time.
Children:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cleaning on Departure:
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent, unusual dirtiness such as cigarette smell, vomit stains or any other similar will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is allowed, but outside only. All of our condominiums are non smoking, any guest who smoke inside the Condominiums will be charged with an additional cleaning fee.
Cleaning During the Stay:
Guest must request this optional service in advance. Cost per event will be $35 usd.
Cancellation Policy:
On Cancellation with 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Security or Damage Deposit:
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500.00 USD refundable at check out.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees:
A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a return (two way) transfer. US$160 (1-6 passengers) and US$210 (7-9 passengers). Professional experienced drivers. Prompt pick up and departures. 100% bilingual staff. Cold water & fresh towels. 2020 & 2021 Suburban & Vans.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access:
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Payment Methods:
By Check. (Cash payment is available for guests booking with 7 or less days prior to the arrival).
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee:
For Long Term Stays rate, rent does not include electricity and a deposit in the amount of $500.00 USD per month will be required at check in with cash or travellers check. Bill for 1 month could be between $50 and $300 USD and difference will be reimbursed at the time of check out.
Minimum Age Policy:
At least one of the guests must be 25 years old or older.
