Noise by-laws are subject to fines in all properties. Quiet time must be adhered to for the pleasure of other guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
I do NOT rent to anyone who smokes. Please respect my wishes and rent another home if you smoke. Loss of security and/or additional cleaning fees will apply if any smoke smell is found in the home. This also pertains to any guests you may have as well. Thank you.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children., Maximum of 4 Adults.
We cater to mature couples or families. Younger people under 28 must be approved by the owner and a higher security may be required. Exceptions have been made in the past. No young adults or single groups for May long weekend. All MAY and JUNE weekends age restriction is 30 or over.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
Complex has a bi-law stating no pets. Guests bringing pets into the hotel are subject to $200 fines.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.
PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Will accept payments in CDN, Sterling, USD, Euro or Australian dollars via personal cheque, money order, email transfer or wire transfer. Current exchange rates would apply. If you require payment via credit card, then it is done via pay pal, and a 3.5% charge would apply.
Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period.
Deposit is usually the amount of the security ($200.00) unless you are a repeat guest. First nights rent would then apply.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Xmas, New Years, special events or holiday weekends or stays of one month or more require payment 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 75.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Cancellation of long term rentals are non refundable (30 days or more)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security/damage deposit will be increased for monthly long term rentals to an amount of $500.

I recently stayed here for Iron Man Whistler. I could not have been happier with the location, parking, and condo. The Market is just across the parking lot and the Whistler Olympic Village is a 2 minute walk. I highly recommend this place to anyone doing Iron Man Whistler. The location is perfect.

Free Wireless Internet and local calling too. Best location in Whistler for convenience - great shopping outside your front door. Window seat view overlooking Celebration Plaza. AIR CONDITIONING for those 30+ degree summers!! It has most everything provided including 2 robes for your use at the hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of pots/pans - as we use this home ourselves too. The shopping plaza outside your front door is steps to groceries, liquor, post office, pharmacy, coffee and restaurants. Village North is the quiet area of the village, away from the pubs/bars yet everything is in walking distance. Children's playground adjacent to the hotel but far enough away that your home is still tranquil. Lots of free concerts in the Olympic Plaza steps to the hotel.

4 pair ski rack located in guest storage in unit. Wood laminate and/or tile floors in condo providing "allergy free" environment. Seat in storage area provides for putting on boots. Your own washer/dryer insuite so you dont have to use the hotel's laundry facilities and search for quarters. Free parking for one car, free wireless internet and local calling. Lots of repeat guests and wonderful comments about my home continue to bring them and new guests back year after year.
