Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
ALL guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The cardholder and the majority of the guests must be at least 25 years of age (does not apply to families with small children). Children are welcome in all units but their parents must be at least 25 years of age and present during the entire stay. The cardholder must be present for check-in and staying in the unit. Parents/guardians may not book for underage guests. Parties, grads, and stags/stagettes are not permitted in any units and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposits paid.

Credit card payments for stays of 30 nights or less are FREE. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge added to all payments using Paypal. For stays of 31 nights or more, there is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card. 7% Resort Fee This non-refundable and taxable fee automatically applies to all reservations and is payable at the time of booking. The resort fee includes an Accidental Damage Waiver Benefit, which covers up to $2000CAD of inadvertent damage and/or cleaning charges that occur during a guest stay.* Additional details will be provided by the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization : A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled check-in date, and on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise Whistler Retreats prior to your scheduled check-in date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.

Open-plan living/dining area with a gas fireplace, a Queen sofabed, Full Murphy bed, and 32" LCD TV and DVD player. Dining nook with seating suitable for up to 4 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances. Large balcony with Village views. Private washer/dryer.

Although there is no bedroom in this studio, there is a Full Murphy bed and a queen sofabed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

There is one free underground parking stall. Guests can also enjoy use of the common laundry facilities and common area hot tub.

The free Village shuttle stop is across the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away and the lifts are less than an 8 minute walk away.
