BED & BATH Although there is no bedroom in this studio, there is a queen Murphy bed and a queen sofabed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub - shower combo. PARKING & AMENITIES There is one free underground parking stall. Guests can also enjoy use of the common laundry facilities and common area hot tub. DISTANCES The free Village shuttle stop is across the street and will take guests to the lifts in under 5 minutes. Golf is less than a 10 minute walk away and the lifts are less than an 8 minute walk away. ***Free Internet & Unlimited Free Local and Long Distance Calls***

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA, Canada & Europe.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.
Tourism Marketing Fee
Tourism Marketing Fee applied to owner's portion of rent One-time fee of 7.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 95.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
