Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA, Canada & Europe.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced. Cancellation penalty varies with the number of days before arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex

Tourism Marketing Fee

Tourism Marketing Fee applied to owner's portion of rent One-time fee of 7.00 % for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 70.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
