Set in a hectare of land planted with olive groves and fruit trees, our Trullo is a lovingly restored trullo affording its guests comfort, tranquility and stunning views of the Valle d’Itria. This light and spacious accommodation offers every modern comfort as well as traditional Apulian charm. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 49m2 living-room, a large kitchen and a utility room and there's air-conditioning throughout the house. The panoramic views of the Valle d'Itria from the 30m2 veranda in front of the house are simply stunning and include the hill-top towns of Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino. Bordered by an olive grove, there is an independent pool-house, which includes a wood-fired pizza oven, hob and fridge inside and a shaded dining area on the terrace outside. The three terraces set among the dry-stone walls lead to a 40m2 saline swimming-pool with views of the olive groves and across the valley. We are committed to making our energy use sustainable and have solar-panels for hot water, photovoltaic-panels for electricity. Please note that the swimming-pool is closed from November through to May.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 42 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 140.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 2 weeks) Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 135.00 EUR is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
