MKV was designed and built before the age of the mega resorts. The majority of the property consists of 2 story condos with plenty of green space between buildings. The homeowners association has worked for decades to improve the grounds with a wide variety of trees, flowering plants, gardens and landscape features. This also means the beach has fewer people especially due to the Kaanapali Golf Course to the south and private residences to the north.

The unit is a second floor corner studio which gets the morning sun on the lanai - a great place to have your breakfast and protection from the sun in the heat of the day. As it is on the second floor you can leave the doors wide open at night to let in the breeze and sound of the waves.

The lanai over looks the main swimming pool and has a view of the ocean.
