Check In/Out Times Policies - Property Access

There are group or minimum age requirements.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.

Payments & Deposit - applicable to Owner's portion of the total only
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge.
PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required.
The use of electricity is monitored and if the cost exceeds $60/week it will be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit. The refundable Security/Damage Deposit for stays under 2 weeks is $200.00.. $100.00 will be paid at booking time and the remainder will be paid 30 days prior to arrive. Stays of over 2 weeks will be subject to a larger deposit.

Enjoy a year-round SUNSET VIEW from the deck of your top floor condo. You probably will eat outside for every meal.Our fully equipped condo exudes warmth and relaxation--and its only10 minutes from the MZT airport. Kick off your shoes, drop your bags, and head to the clubhouse to toast the sunset at the Clubhouse under the giant palapa. Enjoy a delicious dinner and head home to drift asleep to the sound of the waves crashing just outside your window.
Now explore your new home. Check out the view from the deck. Inside you have free wi-fi, a washer and dryer, and nice GE appliances.
The decorating is warm and bright. You'll love the art work from all over Mexico. There's a large smart tv in the living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Wow--there are 2 floaties ready for use in the pool and a boogie board for the ocean. And even some weights and yoga mats.
The bathroom has a blow dryer and quite a few emergency supplies to take care of little injuries--even sunburn lotion.
You have a full kitchen that is stocked with spices and pantry basics (please replenish for the next guests), and even a cookbook of local favorites. No need to find a restaurant for every meal. Stock up on your favorite breakfast and lunch supplies so you can save time, money and stress.
Of course you will want to enjoy some dinners out at the clubhouse or the Las Villas Restaurant.
For a night on the town, take a quiet drive to Stone Island, park the car, and take a "foot ferry" across the bay ($2?), then hire a pulmonia (about $5) to take you to one of Mazatlan's fine restaurants. And it really is fine. After an incredible meal retrace your path to the foot ferry and ride back across the bay under the moonlight. So beautiful & relaxing.
Don't forget to enjoy a long walk along the private beach, and test your skills on the championship golf course. And then there's pickle ball, and pool lounging, plus yoga, and a fitness spa.
Spend at least one day at Stone Island kicking back and drinking something wonderful from a coconut. Stone island also offers parasailing and horseback rides.
So much to do and see. You will see why so many people return every year.
I must mention the Robert Trent Jones Jr Championship golf course which is an attraction of its own for those who golf. It is beautiful and deceptively challenging. It has been selected to host the Latin PGA championships several times over the years. Ladies day is Tuesday morning--ask about it. There are also discounted rates in the afternoon so that may be a good time to work the kinks out or to take the kids out for 9 holes. You can store your clubs at the clubhouse and have them polished. Make sure you leave a nice tip and they will remember you next time.
