Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. Notice of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. The security deposit is not required from repeat guests..
