Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded.
Cancellations of less than 60 days before the reservation begins will be refunded 90% of the same rent rate collected from others for the tme period that was cancelled.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Security deposits are collected when pets and children are our guests. The usual amount is $500, refundable after checkout once no damage has been verified.

This 850 square foot condo hugging the edge of Victoria's Pacific harbour without a road running in front to disturb the setting, and excellent access on foot to all downtown amenities, will suit you perfectly. Right outside are stores, restaurants and miles of scenic waterside pathways.

Do you enjoy tasteful furnishings, and luxury amenities? This sumptuous king bedroom offers an additional fireplace, water views from the bed, plus quality linens. The furnished west facing balcony allows you to easily sight seals, rowers, and tugs while enjoying a good book, or a glass of wine. The kitchen is outfitted with all you will need to savour fine dining at a mahogany table. Porcelain dishes and good glassware, a selection of books and dvd's, a sound system - all provided because enjoying your accommodation is an important part of any holiday.

Air conditioning is also offered, since Victoria is sometimes too warm now. Also for your use is internet, phone, cable, and dedicated underground parking. We are pleased to arrange to pick you up at the airport or ferry terminal, stop for your grocery purchases along the way, and assist you with your luggage at the condo.
