Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
For stays up to 14 nights - cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival 90% refund. For stays longer than 14 nights - cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival 90% refund.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted.
PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $400.00 is required at the time of booking. If you have agreed with the owner's pet contract and you are bringing a pet, there would be an additional $100.00 security/damage deposit required.

Right outside are stores, restaurants and miles of scenic waterside pathways.

Do you enjoy tasteful furnishings, and luxury amenities. This sumptuous king bedroom offers an additional fireplace, water views from the bed, plus quality linens. The furnished west facing balcony allows you to easily sight seals, rowers, and tugs while enjoying a good book, or a glass of wine. The kitchen is outfitted with all you will need to savour fine dining at a mahogany table. Porcelain dishes and good glassware, a selection of books and dvd's, a sound system - all provided because enjoying your accommodation is an important part of any holiday.
