Our "Comfort and Convenience" ground floor condo unit is part of the famous Mesquite Country Club phase one in central Palm Springs. Ideally located on Farrell Drive and Ramon the property is close to Palm Springs Airport and a 5 minute drive to downtown historic Palm Springs. Your vacation home is completely equipped for your desert lifestyle....Dishes, cutlery, glassware, appliances, cooking and baking utensils....We will even add items at your request. Beautifully decorated and furnished, you can look forward to a warm, comfortable and relaxing experience while your vacation unfolds in the exciting Palm Springs area. Small, non-shedding, vaccinated and flea controlled dogs allowed with prior approval from owner. Due to Palm Springs rental laws, only monthly rentals are available.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 90 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 61 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival - 50% refund. Cancellation 30 or less days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure.

Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed: Dog (Sorry no cats due to allergies by some returning guests)
A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet
You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them. Dogs must be well trained & behaved, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and be on a regular flea/tick medication. Dogs must be kept on leash around the property. Pets must not be left unattended.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of $125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of $85.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
