Ample room for for 6 additional guest for small get togethers and dining. Guest bedroom is downstairs with a private full bath, There is a 1 - 2 bath for guest off of the living room. Master upstairs bedroom also has a private bath. Upstairs open TV room. Large office if needed for work with stable internet and wifi. Additional bathroom between the office and sewing room. The backyard is completely walled for your privacy, Also a poolside complete bathroom. Large sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard from the kitchen. Very open concept to the home for ample light during the day.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 50.00 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 06:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 5 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults., Maximum of 3 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Large - up to 34 kilograms (75 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every Thu during a stay.
