This lovely home in Milolii is located down a rough winding narrow road 5 to 10 minutes away from the highway. It was an expansive one level with a surround balcony with incredible views out over the ocean. There was a pool on the ground level that was a delight for our family. The house was completely screened with ceiling fans in most rooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with everything you would want. Great washing machine and dryer. There were even beach chairs that could be taken to the beach. Great snorkeling at the two local beaches although the road down was again very narrow and winding. There was an issue with the dishwasher while we were there but the owners when contacted quickly arranged for repairs. Great fruit and vegie stands along the road to the house. Mosquitoes are very present so mosquito repellant is a necessity. The only negative is that it is a long way to things like grocery stores which were about a 20 minute drive down the highway. Great house especially for families that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of cities.

Our party of 11 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant spent an amazing two weeks in this lovely property. The view was exactly as promised - out of this world and the house offered everything we required. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was an abundance of beach towels, pool toys beach chairs. The location ensured we spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool or playing cards. Milolii Furnished House Rental - House - 2400 sq ft / 222 sq m - First and second floor
This lovely home is located on one acre in the quiet rural area of Milolii. The home is near City of Refuge, Punalu'u Bakery, South Point, Pu'uhonua O' Honaunau, The Coffee Belt, and is on the way to Volcanoes National Park. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the views, the Pool, the well stocked kitchen. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.It is over 2300 square feet on a one acre property with expansive ocean views from almost every room. The main house is 3 bedrooms with a cupola/loft, and the optional downstairs suite is 1 bedroom 1 bath. The home is decorated with a tropical flare and your comfort in mind.
**The optional downstairs one bedroom suite has over 580 square feet for larger groups (only rented with main home, we do not rent it by itself).

We chose a one acre parcel in Milolii because of the arid, warm, sunny climate. The beautiful ocean views, the winter whale watching and the starlit nights drew us to the rural area. My wife and I built this home ourselves with very little outside help. It was an experience of a lifetime, and worth all the sweat and tears to create such an amazing home.
**The downstairs suite, which is a full suite with king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room and is included in the pricing if there are 9 or more guests. If there are less than 9 guests and the guest wants to add the downstairs suite it is an extra charge of $100.00 per night.
