Description
This unit is right on the ocean on San Diego's Mission Beach boardwalk. Ocean views from Master Bedroom, balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy casual dining on the patio while overlooking the boardwalk's skaters, bikes, joggers and the waves beyond.
This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean. The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.
The condo has a hotel queen bed, 2 twin beds, queen airbed, leather sofa and leather recliner.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The
master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer,
and the living room a couch, recliner, TV, DVD player,, and stereo. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 6.
All linens are supplied except for beach towels. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs.
There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.
The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surf instructions. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants, Daily room service is not available. Non smoking.
We rent mostly Saturday to Saturday, even though calendar may show it available other days.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 7:00 AM

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival.
