Booking Deposit

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 CAD is due immediately.

Rustic upper village ski in/ski out, south facing 2 bedroom condo. Lovingly decorated (count all the snowmen!) family getaway. Sleeps 6 with adjoining studio lock off available to accommodate 10 guests. Please refer to Unit ID#205929 for further details. This unit is located on the 8th floor. It's just a quick walk down the hall and out the back door and you are on the Moguls Track, which connects Hwy33 and Perfection run. Skiing out couldn't be any easier.

Village centre is a 5 minute walk. Saturday fireworks display is able to be viewed from balcony if you are feeling too cozy to go out.

Complete with all the comforts of home, including new washer and dryer set and electric fireplace added Oct-14.

Catering available upon request. Weekly rental and Monthly Rental available.

Building has full time, onsite management, shared hot tub, games room with fooseball table and air hockey as well as ping pong and shuffle board.
