The very spacious +4000 sq ft bungalow style home plus large multipurpose studio. It is uniquely designed to capture the sunlight and is situated overseeing a 1.5 acre fresh water swimming pond with sandy beach, floating raft, rowboat, large play park, netted 12 ft trampoline and 8p sauna. WiFi throughout the house.

The SOUTH WING includes a gracious open concept indoor/outdoor Great Room with Solarium, Living Area with large wood burning fireplace and TV (DVD only, no cable/satellite). Open concept fully equipped kitchen/eating area. Walkouts to surrounding decks with eating areas and gas BBQ. Hard wood floors throughout the house, bedrooms carpeted.

The MASTER WING includes the Library, Office and Master en-suite bedroom with Queen bed, private walk out deck, jetted bathtub, double sinks and build-in shower.

The GUEST WING includes a full bathroom with full size bath and separate shower. Two bedrooms with a Queen bed each, one with a Double bed and a large sleeping Loft with 3 single beds.

The CENTRAL AREA includes the Formal large Dining Room, bathroom, Laundry room with washer/dryer, and the pantry.

The NORTH WING includes the garage and large multi-purpose Studio.

Activity highlights include: The large swimming pond with sauna. Miles of walking trails throughout the property. Located right next to The Bruce Trail and Hockley Valley Park with additional endless trails. 'Hockley Valley Resort' with ski, spa, golf and upscale dining only 2 minutes away. Mono Cliff Park only 5 minutes away. Largest fresh water beach in the world 'Wassaga Beach' only 60 minutes away. Located near horse farms, trails, country markets, restaurants and shopping.
