Description
This one of a kind; completely furnished 4 Bedroom - Den 3 ½ Bath town home features: Private hot tub, heated slate floors, comes with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and Subzero Refrigerator, river rock fireplace and award winning Elegant Alpine décor (same in all units). It comfortably sleeps 8-10 with bed configurations as follows: 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins, a queen murphy bed in the 4th room. It has an 8 pair boot and glove dryer, wireless internet access. There is also a bbq on the balcony if you wish to bbq during your stay. Since the family room has been added there is not a garage to park a car, however there is a spot on the driveway as well additional free parking right next to the driveway.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 350.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
