These professionally decorated, completely furnished 3 bedroom townhomes are within walking distance of shopping, nightlife, and skiing. All homes have the same fine furnishings as seen in our photos here or on our website. The 3 Bedroom homes(Sleeps 6-8) includes: 1 King Bed 1 Queen Bed 2 Twins 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the family room All 3 bedroom homes have a minimum of 3 bathrooms. Private Spa with fabulous views of both ski mountains!!

Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older. Hosting a function/party is not allowed. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due immediately.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Damage deposit is due at time of booking.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) 4% fee charged on Visa and Mastercard only
