You arrive at the house with covered parking and entrance and beautiful garden. On this floor is the hall, kitchen, washroom, separate toilet, bedroom with bathroom en suite, bedroom with en suite, a bathroom and other bathroom for disabled persons. There is a large dining and living room with glass walls leading to the big covered terrace and open terrace with comfortable furniture and sunbeds. The inside staircase leads to the apartment with two bedrooms with glass walls leading to a covered terrace and both with bath rooms en suit. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The living has a big fan. The whole house has heating. Also there is free fibre WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the washroom are a washing machine and dryer. The pool has a separate pool area for little children. Around the pool area is a nice terrace from which you can go into the beautiful Mediterranean garden with palm trees etc, and where you find the BBQ. With large dining table for 10. There is table tennis and table football, a bocce area and little archery place. The house is very comfortable and you will have have a great time. Moraira is a very nice place with nice beaches and harbour, many restaurants and shops and market every friday. If you arrive to stay in the house I will personally come to the house to welcome you and show you the house.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 EUR

Balance of payment is due 50 days prior to arrival.
