Quiet Time Policy

Guests are asked to respect the neighbours.
Property is not suitable for party groups.
If a warning is not adhered to, the guest will be evicted without a refund.
The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Short notice requests can only be paid by PayPal.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival the guest will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, the guest will forfeit 75% of the amount paid. Cancellations 14 to 7 days prior to arrival the guest will forfeit 90% of the full invoice value. Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival, as well as No Shows, will forfeit 100% of the full invoice value. Cancellations over Peak Periods will forfeit 50% of the amount paid. All 3rd party costs, plus bank fees, will be added to the above cancellation amounts. A R150- administration fee, will be charged with a cancellation.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 ZAR is due 14 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.

We offer 2 or 3 bedroom cosy self-catering villas with en-suite bathrooms and impressive sea views in a very upmarket Golf Estate in the Garden Route that is known for its dramatic landscape, never ending sea views and award-winning golf course. The Resorts clubhouse with restaurant has its own unique aesthetic appeal to optimize the sea views available. Casino and Spa on-site.

This villa is a self-catering, 3 bedroom terraced duplex unit with breath-taking views from all living areas and bedrooms. The Golf Villa has been tastefully decorated to follow the resort's high standards.

The ground floor is open-planned with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining and lounge area, leading onto a covered patio with BBQ facilities. The first guest bedroom can be found on the ground floor which is ideal for early morning risers that do not want to disturb the rest of the household. All 3 bedrooms are spacious with loads of cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms, that include both shower, bath and basin.
The second floor is where the master bedroom and the second guest room can be found. The master bedroom opens up onto a large patio offering views that very few estates can compete with. All bedrooms are furnished with most of ones every day necessities.
