There is one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with one regular sized bunk bed, and one full bath augmented by a laundry cubby with a full-size washer - dryer. The second floor features a loft sitting area, a master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and an adjoining full bath. Exterior features include a wrap-around deck and an enclosed summer porch for spending lazy afternoons. This pet-friendly and monitored vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
