The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 5 nights rent.
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 USD.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 44 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee.
A property damage waiver is required for $59.00 for stays of up to 30 nights. Anything over 30 nights is $89.00. A refundable security/damage deposit of $150.00 (covers incidentals not covered by the damage waiver) is required 60 days prior to arrival. Providing there is no damage to the home it will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

This cozy apartment is on a 1-acre private property offering a tranquil environment for you to quiet your mind and relax. A wonderful get away to unplug while lounging in the beautiful 40-foot swimming pool or just kick back and take in the spectacular views. If you love the outdoors or nature this place is a perfect spot. Grab your coffee and head down to the pond to enjoy the mesmerizing sounds or just enjoy watching all the different birds that gather around. For all single travelers please inquire for single occupancy.

This property feels like a resort tucked away in the wooded area of Mt. Helix, a 15-minute drive from the airport and within 20 minutes from all of San Diego’s attractions. Mt. Helix is within 1/4 mile of two major freeways. The airport, beaches, Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter/downtown, and Coronado Island are all nearby. It’s also easy to get around using a Lyft/Uber if you do not want to rent a car.

When you visit San Diego you will appreciate why it’s called “America's Finest City”! However, there is a high cost that comes with that. Come to sunny Mt. Helix and you’ll enjoy the savings on your accommodation all while seeing sunshine everyday and relaxing by our private 40 ft pool.

This private apartment has a large bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps two guests comfortably. A kitchenette area with a sink, apartment size refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, microwave, a 3 pot crock-pot for cooking and kitchen supplies. There is no TV in this apartment, but with all the nature around, you may just find there is no need for one.

While visiting don’t miss a visit to the top of Mt. Helix where you will find a beautiful park with a 360-degree view of all of San Diego. 
Visit nearby downtown La Mesa, known as the Jewel of the Hills, with all of its fabulous restaurants. 

I live above this apartment in the main house and I am always available if needed. 

No smoking is permitted anywhere on this property.

House rules:
Only booked guests are permitted on this private property.
No pets.
No shoes inside apartment.
Non-smokers only. 
Check in is from 3pm - 9pm. $25 charge for check in after 9pm. NO CHECK IN AFTER 11:40pm. 
Check out is 10am.
Quiet time is between 9pm - 6am.
