This newly refurnished and painted one bedroom apartment features Ocean views and two private terraces. Guests can enjoy the many amenities that Sugar Hill has to offer such as 2 pools, flood lit tennis courts, air conditioned fitness center, clubhouse with entertainment a bar and a restaurant. There is also 50 acres to walk around explore as well as a small playground for children. Guests will have access to the Fairmont Beach Club with the card provided. This membership is free of charge for our guests and entitles you to a maximum of 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, change and washroom facilities as well as 10% off the beach bar and restaurant associated with the Fairmont Hotel. The beach is a downhill walk which takes about 20 minutes. You may choose to rent a car or have the concierge at the front desk call you a taxi. Sugar Hill is located on the west coast of the island within 10 minutes of Holetown. In Holetown you will find a hub of shopping, restaurants and a medical center should you need it. Our wonderful property manager Alicia is also always available to help you with transportation or any needs you may have during your stay at Paradise Palms. Your Barbados Vacation Awaits You!!!

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.
