The main floor features a great open living - dining area with hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and a freestanding gas fireplace. A separate fully equipped kitchen is located just off of the dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen bed, 1-full bath, and a great outdoor deck round-out the main floor. The 3rd floor features a specious master bedroom with 1-queen bed, another bedroom with 1-full bed, and 1-full bath. This vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

PLEASE NOTE: This vacation home includes stairs that may not be suitable for families with young children.

Snowline is a gated community located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
