The 1st floor features a kitchenette, 1-full bath, an open living - dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a VCR - monitor & sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony. The upstairs loft features two trundle beds that will collectively sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

This condo complex features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and TV. There is a free laundry facility and a fitness center. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. It is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
