Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals the master bedroom that features 1-queen sized bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes...In the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3 - 4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full-length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...All overlooking the lake. Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience. Now with WIFI!! This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round. PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
